The Hollow Earth theory states that the Earth contains an internal cavity of some kind and it is believed that an ancient superintelligent society dwells there.It is often said to be one of the following:
- Completely hollow underneath a mantle of Earth below the surface world, with an internal sun/core. Major openings to the Inner Earth can be found at the poles and certain cave systems around the world.
- Completely separate from the physical world that we know of. Portals to this realm are found at the Earth’s pole.
- A vast network of underground caves, large enough for cities to be erected inside of them.
The crux of the hollow earth theory is that the earth is a shell with walls about 800 miles thick. In the polar regions, there are holes 1400 miles across, with edges that curve smoothly from the outside of the shell around to the inside.

Hollow Earth
Overview
The Hollow Earth theory states that the Earth contains an internal cavity of some kind and it is believed that an ancient superintelligent society dwells there.
It is often said to be one of the following:
- Completely hollow underneath a mantle of Earth below the surface world, with an internal sun/core. Major openings to the Inner Earth can be found at the poles and certain cave systems around the world.
- Completely separate from the physical world that we know of. Portals to this realm are found at the Earth’s pole.
- A vast network of underground caves, large enough for cities to be erected inside of them.
Nazi Occultism and the Vril Society
The Vril Society was a secret occult group that existed in Germany before and during Adolph Hitler’s regime and this secret society is rumored to have played a very influential role on the rise of Nazism and possibly driving the entire ideology. This group is believed to be an offshoot of the Thule Society which is well known to have been heavily involved in the occult at the time and of which many high ranking Nazi’s were members.
The beliefs of this group were based on the 1871 novel “The Coming Race” by Edward Bulwer-Lytton. This novel describes an Inner-Earth civilization of angel-like superhumans known as the Vril-ya and their limitless energy source called Vril.
Despite Bulwer-Lytton calling the novel “science-fiction” several famous occultists including Rudolf Steiner, Helena Blavatsky, and William Scott-Elliot all claimed that the book was based on fact and hidden knowledge given to Bulwer-Lytton through his membership in several secret societies (The Golden Dawn in particular). The group’s founder Samuel Mathers claimed to meet with Secret Chiefs on rare occasions who match the description of the Vril-ya and would share secrets with him.
In the novel, the Vril-ya claim to be descendants of an ancient civilization that was forced underground in order to survive a great flood that took place on Earth in the distant past.
Adolf Hitler and the Vril Society
Adolf Hitler and high ranking Nazi’s were all followers of the occult teachings taking place in Germany at the time and they believed that the Aryan Race were descendants from extraterrestrials that visited Earth thousands of years ago, who they believed were still taking refuge deep under the surface of the Earth.
Many believe that the Vril Society was tasked by the Nazi Party with creating vril-powered flying saucers to fight in WW2, and some believe they accomplished this task, but not in time to win the war. However, they were able to be used to help key members of the Nazi Party escape Germany to South America, Antarctica, and Inner Earth.
The Munich Device is considered to be the first Vril-powered flying craft which is rumored to have been completed in 1943 when Maria Orsic, a powerful medium and leader of the Vril Society received instructions for the creation of the device during a seance. This craft is assumed to be the precursor to Die Glocke (The Bell), which is rumored to have been completed in a huge underground laboratory in Poland in 1944.
It is believed that Adolf Hitler, top ranking Nazi officers, and their top scientists all escaped to Antarctica as Germany surrendered in 1945. After all, the evidence of Hitler’s death is up for debate due to the muddy details surrounding the event.
Admiral Byrd and Operation Highjump
The stated goal of Operation Highjump was to establish an Antarctic Research Base for the United States under the leadership of Admiral Richard Byrd in 1946.
Operation Highjump had the following:
- Over 4700 men
- 33 aircraft
- 13 ships
So, it was clearly a military operation, not a scientific one. The conspiracy with this one was that Byrd and his troops were sent to find and destroy the Nazi breakaway society that fled to Antarctica after WW2.
The Operation was supposed to last 8 months, but only lasted closer to 8 weeks.
It is alleged that Byrd and his men saw Nazi UFOs while they were down in Antarctica and even discovered a large cavern that was free of ice and was warmed geothermally. It is rumored that they were escorted into this cavern after the mysterious aircrafts took control of their planes, where they were introduced to an super-intelligent race that claimed to be protectors of the Earth who oversaw mankind in every way and told Byrd about how they were concerned about nuclear weapons used in WW2.
All of this can be read in Admiral Byrd’s Secret Diary which was leaked to the public. After the diary was leaked, Admiral Byrd’s son was mysteriously found dead inside of a warehouse after being reported missing.
Etidorhpa, Or The End of The Earth: The Strange History of a Mysterious Being and the Account of a Remarkable Journey
Published by John Uri Lloyd, an American chemist and Pharmaceutical manufacturer in 1895.
Despite being labeled as “science fiction”, it offers a very scientific account of the inner earth, presented in such a way that it is actually fact.
On the first pages, the book claims that it is derived from a manuscript delivered to the author by a mysterious being known only as, “I-Am-The-Man-Who-Did-It”. When asked about it by university professors and the general public, John Uri Lloyd insisted that he was not the author.
“I-Am-The-Man” claims that he was abducted in the mid-1800’s by members of a secret society of which he was also a member after threatening to expose them. His abductors then took him to a remote cave in Kentucky, where he was then presented to an eyeless, sexless, reptilian cave-dweller who leads “I-Am-The-Man” into the Inner-Earth. Through their journey into the Inner-Earth, “I-Am-The-Man”’s earthly body is destroyed and he transcends into Heaven and becomes immortal.
The true author was, “I-Am-The-Man” who appeared in the house of one of John Uri Lloyd’s friends to whom he recounted his journey in great detail. The real identity of “I-Am-The-Man” is believed to be William Morgan whose disappearance at the hands of the Freemasons exactly matches the details that are written in Etidorhpa.
Even though the mainstream views this book as one of the first science-fiction novels, at the time of its release, it was actually presented as non-fiction.
