What is it?

How is it being explained?
Harvard Medical School has offered the explanation that it is a “Functional Neurological Symptom Disorder” – a relatively uncommon mental disorder. Typically the person has physical symptoms that no medical condition, physical examination, or testing can explain. The person is not “faking”. The symptoms do not appear to be under the person’s conscious control and they can cause significant distress. Symptoms can include loss of muscle control, blindness, deafness, seizures or even apparent loss of consciousness.
William Burns – Director of the CIA, has increased investigations into the attacks but has so far come up empty handed as to who is behind the attacks and what the motive is.
Who has been targeted?
A large percentage of the victims have been CIA agents or other government officials.
Protestors have been targeted from around the world. The vaccine mandate protest in Canberra, Australia is probably the most recent example. People were having all of the same symptoms described, and also going home with burns on their faces and underneath their clothing
Olivia Troy – Homeland Security Advisor to Mike Pence. She was attacked multiple times while in Washington
Miles Taylor – Chief of Staff of the Department of Homeland Security for the Trump Administration. He woke up at 3AM in his apartment to a loud inescapable chirping noise, he looked out his window to discover a white van in the street right next to his house, with its brake lights on that immediately pulled off and sped away. The same thing happened to him again about 5 weeks later.
Robin Garfield – Commerce Department Official. Was attacked multiple times in China and attacked again once he got back to the US. His entire family was attacked.
What is it really?
James Benford – Physicist and leading authority on microwaves. He along with many other scientists believe that the mechanism behind the attacks is most likely pulsed electromagnetic energy. In other words, a focused beam of microwaves fired from a distance.
There are many kinds of microwave transmitters that could be used. Some are small and can fit inside of a briefcase, some are as large as a tractor-trailor. The larger the device, the longer the range. Microwaves can go through practically anything, glass, brick, building materials, etc.
This technology has been researched since the 1960’s
These types of weapons are known as Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) or Active Denial Systems (ADS)
MEDUSA – Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio – You cannot block out the sound even if you cover up your ears. The weapon is based on the “microwave auditory effect” resulting in a strong sound sensation in the human head when it is subject to certain kinds of pulsed/modulated microwave radiation. The developers claimed that through the combination of pulse parameters and pulse power, it is possible to raise the auditory sensation to a “discomfort” level, deterring personnel from entering a protected perimeter or, if necessary, temporarily incapacitating particular individuals
In normal sound perception, sound waves enter our ears, vibrate our eardrums, which is converted into mechanical vibrations, when the vibrations reach our inner ears they turn into electrical impulses sent to the brain.
When exposed to microwave pulses, our body tissues heat up rapidly inducing vibrations directly inside our skull. These vibrations turn into electrical impulses inside our inner ears giving us the perception of sound, even when there is no sound at all.
Is it possible to project voices into people’s heads using this technology?
